5. Payment and Third-Party Services

We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all financial transactions. When you make a purchase, your payment details (e.g., credit card number) are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We only store minimal, non-sensitive order information, such as the order ID, total amount, status, and shipping address, for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

  • Guest Data: For customers who check out as guests, we retain order and cart data for 90 days to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and comply with legal obligations. After this period, this data is permanently deleted.
  • User Accounts: For registered users, we retain account information indefinitely to provide ongoing services. You may request account deletion at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us.
  • General: We retain other user data only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
